NEW DELHI: President Pranab Mukherjee has over the past week shared many historic images of past Republic Day celebrations on his Twitter handle @RashtrapatiBhvn.
"President Sukarno of Indonesia was guest of honour for India's first Republic Day celebrations in 1950," tweeted Mukherjee, in a first among a series of tweets sent out by him.
