KOLKATA, INDIA: Reliance Communications headed by Anil Ambani will go in for restructuring in which the comapny is set to slash 37 per cent of its 15,000-strong workforce by the month-end .
Under the restructuring plan Reliance Communications will outsourcing all non-core businesses like call center operations to cutting costs to boost profitability.
According to reports the comapny plans to ink Rs 700 crore worth deals with two thirdparty service providers to outsource its BPO and shared services operations.
