Three youths allegedly waylaid a school teacher in a village under Charthawal police circle in Muzaffarnagar on Saturday night, allegedly raped her and made video clippings.
On the basis of the named FIR, police have arrested all the three accused, while the young woman was sent to go for medical examination.
According to police sources, the 22-year-old teacher is employed in a private school. On Saturday evening, she had gone to meet some people in the village, to persuade them to enrol their children in her school. While returning, three village youths Mohit, Saurabh and Vipin, forcibly dragged her to an vacant old house.
It was alleged that Vipin raped the school teacher, while Mohit made video clippings with his mobile phone and Saurabh kept watch on the gate of the house.
“The rape victim, after informing her family, filed a named FIR against all the three accused,” SHO Charthawal BN Parashar told HT on phone. He said police had arrested all the three accused after registering a case under sections 376 and 534 of IPC.
