Thiruvananthapuram, Apr 18 (PTI) An IT professional and his paramour, a married woman, have been arrested in connection with the murder of the latter's four-year-old child and mother-in-law, police said.
Police said Nino Mathew hacked to death his paramour Anu Shanti's daughter and mother-in-law and also made a vain attempt to murder her husband Lijesh on Wednesday.
The injured Lijesh ran out of the house and alerted neighbours, which led to Mathew's arrest, police said.
